Firm those videos about your processes. Write your processes down in a checklist format. Come up with a way to organize those videos like an online course style.
This will make your VAs have an easy way to draw upon training to manage your business. The other great thing is when you make training videos, even if you have to fire a VA and hire a new one, you are always going to have those training videos in place.
My biggest suggestion is to have training videos for your virtual assistants in your business. Once you have that, you can easily outsource all the time. You can always get your work done for you.
